These IQ bars come in a variety of flavors: Chocolate Sea Salt, Almond Chip, Peanut Butter Chip, Matcha, Blueberry, Coconut Chip, and Blueberry Lemon.

After studying neuroscience in college and grinding out years of 12-hour work days, I began experiencing chronic mental and physical exhaustion. Turns out, my sugar/carb heavy diet was to blame. Frustrated by a lack of ready-to-eat solutions, I set out to create the first keto, vegan, clean-label "brain + body" bar. A year later, IQBAR was born!
